Note: Why the Line Output Laser delivery time kind long? Specially is the Intensity Distribution of 15% and 10%.
Because after received order we need change the laser generator lens for each individual laser, every laser beam have some small different, it need test laser line intensity distribution and change the base lenses of longtime.
 
 
Technological Process
1. Choose and Test Lasers
After we received order, first need choose the best quality and uniformity of laser beam from base lasers, then test laser output power stability and other standard laser test process.
2. Match and Change the Lenses
Measure the Laser beam diameter at the output aperture, then choose the designed same beam size lens from base lenses.
After matching the laser beam, then test the laser line intensity distribution by CCD instrument, and change the intensity distribution by engineers [ all by handwork to polish the lens ], until the laser line intensity distribution accord with the order request.
3. Install the Lens To Laser
Install the finished lenses to laser by CCD instrument, check the laser line intensity distribution and take the test curve graph for test report, check the laser line verticality to laser head and bending.
4. Laser aging test and drop test
Place the laser to age detector do the aging test, then do the laser droping test, keep the laser 100% qualified.
